Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable AI/ML infrastructure for the 2026 product suite, focusing on generative models and predictive analytics.
- Lead a cross-functional team of data scientists and engineers to drive innovation in autonomous systems and natural language processing.
- Conduct deep research into emerging AI paradigms, including quantum computing applications in machine learning.
- Define and enforce technical strategy, best practices, and governance frameworks for AI ethics and data privacy.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into robust technical architectures.
- Mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with 3+ years specifically in AI/ML architecture and leadership.
- Expert proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Deep understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning algorithms.
- Strong background in system design patterns and high-availability distributed systems.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
