Responsibilities
- Architect and lead the development of scalable AI infrastructure tailored for the 2026 era.
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for Machine Learning (ML) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) projects.
- Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of data pipelines, from ingestion to model deployment.
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, ensuring high availability and reliability.
- Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists to foster technical excellence.
- Research and evaluate emerging technologies to keep the 2026 roadmap competitive.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering with a strong focus on AI/ML.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale machine learning models in production.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and data architecture.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to lead technical initiatives.
