Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable, high-performance AI models and neural network infrastructures.
- Lead Research and Development (R&D) efforts in emerging AI paradigms, including LLMs and Neuro-symbolic AI.
- Mentor and guide a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to translate complex business requirements into cutting-edge technical solutions.
- Define and implement best practices for data governance, model ethics, and security.
- Prioritize and manage technical debt to ensure long-term system stability and scalability.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern Big Data frameworks (Spark, Kafka).
- Proven track record of designing and deploying Large Language Models (LLMs) or similar Generative AI systems.
- Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
