Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable, high-performance AI systems capable of handling the demands of 2026.
- Lead the research and implementation of cutting-edge machine learning models, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to define technical roadmaps and ensure feasibility.
- Mentor a team of data scientists and AI engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Optimize existing algorithms for efficiency, speed, and accuracy in real-world environments.
- Ensure all AI architectures comply with strict ethical guidelines and data privacy regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern AI frameworks.
- Proven track record of deploying successful AI solutions in production environments.
- Strong understanding of neural networks, deep learning, and natural language processing.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
