Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI infrastructure for Project 2026, ensuring fault tolerance and real-time processing capabilities.
- Research Integration: Translate theoretical research papers into production-ready code, optimizing models for edge computing and large-scale cloud deployment.
- Team Mentorship: Lead a team of junior engineers and data scientists, conducting code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical training sessions.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary technical bridge between R&D and product teams, defining technical roadmaps and managing expectations for complex deliverables.
- System Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize model latency, memory usage, and inference accuracy to meet enterprise-grade standards.
- Security & Compliance: Implement robust security protocols to protect sensitive training data and model weights.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically focused on AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch or TensorFlow, and experience with distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Apache Spark).
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle ambiguous problems and derive elegant, scalable solutions.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Agile Mindset: Experience working in fast-paced, agile environments with a focus on rapid iteration and delivery.
