Responsibilities
- Define the AI Roadmap: Architect and implement the core machine learning infrastructure for Project 2026, ensuring scalability, security, and high performance.
- R&D Leadership: Lead a team of data scientists and engineers in researching and deploying novel algorithms to solve complex, futuristic problems.
- System Integration: Oversee the seamless integration of AI models into existing and future software ecosystems, ensuring interoperability.
- Strategic Collaboration: Partner with product managers and stakeholders to translate technical requirements into actionable development strategies.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Maintain high code quality standards and mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Expertise: Deep proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing systems (Kubernetes, AWS/GCP).
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to think long-term and architect systems that are future-proof and adaptable to evolving tech landscapes.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
