Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance machine learning infrastructure for Project 2026.
- Lead a cross-functional team of data scientists, engineers, and researchers.
- Define technical strategy and best practices for model deployment and data governance.
- Optimize neural network architectures for efficiency and accuracy in real-time applications.
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation to ensure system robustness and security.
- Collaborate with product leaders to translate complex research into commercial solutions.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 4 years in a leadership role.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale models to production environments.
- Strong understanding of cloud architecture (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
