Responsibilities

- Model Development: Lead the research and development of next-generation Large Language Models (LLMs) and reinforcement learning agents tailored for enterprise integration.
- Team Mentorship: Guide a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning, technical excellence, and mentorship.
- Strategic Roadmap: Define the technical roadmap for the 2026 initiative, ensuring alignment with company goals and emerging industry standards.
- Ethical AI: Establish and enforce strict guidelines for responsible AI development to mitigate bias, ensure safety, and maintain transparency.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in leading AI/ML architecture and team management.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing systems (Kubernetes, AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Project 2026 Readiness: Proven track record of delivering complex, large-scale systems in fast-paced, high-stakes environments.
