Responsibilities
- Architect Scalable Infrastructure: Design and implement high-performance, distributed systems for training and serving massive-scale LLMs.
- Optimization Leadership: Lead initiatives to reduce inference latency and improve model throughput using advanced quantization and pruning techniques.
- Roadmap Definition: Define the technical vision for our 2026 roadmap, identifying emerging technologies (e.g., Multimodal AI, Edge AI) to maintain a competitive edge.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor a team of senior ML engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Model Governance: Establish best practices for model security, ethical AI, and compliance with industry regulations.
- Prototype Engineering: Build rapid prototypes to validate new architectural patterns before full-scale deployment.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field. PhD preferred.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on Machine Learning and Deep Learning.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face Transformers.
- Cloud Expertise: Deep experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- System Design: Proven track record of designing fault-tolerant, scalable systems handling high transaction volumes.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts for stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
