Responsibilities
- Architect and design the core infrastructure for the 2026 Protocol, bridging the gap between current AI models and quantum hardware.
- Lead a team of 5-10 senior engineers in implementing scalable, secure, and high-performance systems.
- Define technical standards and coding best practices for the future-proofing of our product.
- Collaborate with data scientists and researchers to optimize model inference and latency.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and technical mentorship to foster a culture of excellence.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a lead or architectural role.
- Deep expertise in Python, C++, and Rust, with experience in quantum computing frameworks (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq).
- Proven track record of designing distributed systems that handle millions of requests per second.
- Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI architectures.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related technical field.
