Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen AI: Design scalable, fault-tolerant AI architectures capable of handling real-time quantum data streams and complex neural networks.
- Strategic Roadmap: Define the technical vision for our 2026 product releases, ensuring alignment with emerging industry standards in AGI and neuromorphic computing.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a high-performance engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and technical excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, data scientists, and researchers to translate complex concepts into actionable engineering solutions.
- Performance Optimization: Oversee the optimization of training pipelines and inference engines to maximize efficiency and reduce latency in edge computing environments.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in a Lead Architect or Senior Engineering role focusing on AI/ML.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, C++, and frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Familiarity with quantum computing libraries (Qiskit, Cirq) is highly desirable.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex, large-scale system problems and delivering high-impact technical solutions.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
