Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable AI and machine learning infrastructure targeted for our 2026 product launches.
- Lead cross-functional engineering teams to integrate advanced LLMs and predictive models into core business platforms.
- Evaluate and adopt emerging AI frameworks, ensuring our tech stack remains best-in-class and future-proof.
- Collaborate closely with executive stakeholders to align technical strategies with overarching business objectives.
- Establish robust MLOps pipelines to streamline the deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of AI models.
- Ensure all architectural designs strictly adhere to data privacy, security, and ethical AI guidelines.
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 4 years dedicated to AI/ML engineering.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern LLM deployment strategies.
- Proven track record of designing cloud-native architectures on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Strong understanding of MLOps, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
