- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and startups
- Secure and manage innovation budgets exceeding $50M annually
- Present breakthrough initiatives to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Drive adoption of emerging tech standards in global markets
- Mentor innovation specialists and cultivate an experimental culture
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in executive leadership
- Proven track record in launching commercialized AI or quantum products
- Expertise in future tech trends (Web3, neuromorphic computing, etc.)
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering preferred
- Experience securing Series B+ funding for innovation initiatives
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature journals
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, Rust, etc.)
- Global patent portfolio with 10+ granted innovations
