Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to identify strategic opportunities for 2026 market dominance
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligning with business objectives and market trends
- Lead cross-functional workshops to evaluate tech feasibility and ROI for innovative solutions
- Monitor global tech policy and regulatory shifts to ensure compliance and competitive advantage
- Build partnerships with research institutions and startups to accelerate innovation adoption
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members with data-driven insights
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of continuous learning and experimentation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning with 3+ years in emerging technology assessment
- Proven track record developing technology roadmaps with measurable business impact
- Deep expertise in at least two of these domains: AI/ML, quantum computing, blockchain, or biotech
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Experience presenting to executive stakeholders and influencing technology investment decisions
- Strong understanding of global tech ecosystems and regulatory landscapes
- Certification in technology management or strategy (e.g., CIO, CTM) highly desirable
