Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI architectures capable of processing petabytes of data in real-time.
- Lead the technical vision for the development of autonomous agents and generative models.
- Mentor and guide a team of junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Conduct code reviews, architecture assessments, and performance tuning to ensure system stability.
- Stay at the forefront of industry trends, researching and integrating emerging technologies such as Quantum Computing interfaces and Neural Interfaces.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Proven track record of leading large-scale distributed systems and machine learning pipelines.
- Strong background in NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field is preferred.
