Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 AI Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision for integrating advanced AI models into our core product suite, ensuring scalability and future-readiness.
- Architect Technical Solutions: Design and oversee the implementation of complex Machine Learning pipelines and Generative AI workflows.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product managers, engineering leads, and data scientists to translate business goals into technical strategies.
- Model Optimization: Drive initiatives to reduce inference costs and improve latency for real-time AI applications.
- Talent Development: Mentor a high-performing engineering team and foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 3 years in a strategic or leadership role.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern MLOps practices (Kubernetes, MLflow).
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of defining long-term technology roadmaps and anticipating industry trends.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field; Master’s or PhD preferred.
