Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and communicate the long-term AI strategy for the 2026 initiative, aligning technical capabilities with business objectives.
- Research & Innovation: Identify emerging trends in Generative AI, Quantum Computing, and Neural Networks to drive product differentiation.
- Leadership: Lead a cross-functional team of data scientists, ML engineers, and product managers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with executive leadership to secure buy-in for new technologies and manage the expectations of investors and partners.
- Product Vision: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable product requirements and user-centric solutions.
- Ethics & Governance: Establish frameworks for responsible AI, ensuring compliance with global regulations and ethical standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in AI strategy, product management, or technical leadership within a high-growth environment.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of LLMs, NLP, Computer Vision, and machine learning architectures.
- Leadership Skills: Proven track record of scaling AI initiatives from concept to production.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment and pivot strategies based on market feedback.
