Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute the technical vision for AI capabilities to be deployed by 2026, focusing on scalability, safety, and efficiency.
- Model Architecture: Lead the design and optimization of proprietary LLMs and reinforcement learning systems, ensuring high accuracy and low latency.
- R&D Leadership: Oversee a team of research scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and rigorous experimentation.
- Technical Consultation: Partner with product and engineering teams to translate complex AI research into practical, user-centric solutions.
- Performance Optimization: Drive initiatives to reduce inference costs and improve model interpretability for enterprise deployment.
- Compliance & Ethics: Establish guidelines for responsible AI usage, ensuring alignment with global data privacy regulations.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field from a top-tier institution.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in AI/ML, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or architect role.
- Technical Skills: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow, and extensive experience with distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Kubernetes, Apache Spark).
- Research: Proven track record of publishing in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR) or delivering breakthrough models.
- Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated ability to think several years into the future regarding technological trends and their business implications.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
