Responsibilities
- Define the technical architecture for Chronos Tech’s roadmap through 2026 and beyond.
- Design and implement high-performance cloud-native solutions using microservices.
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior engineers on best practices for scalability.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate future business goals into technical specifications.
- Ensure system security, compliance, and high availability across all global infrastructure.
- Research and prototype emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum-ready protocols, advanced edge computing).
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and system architecture.
- Deep expertise in distributed systems, cloud computing (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strong background in programming languages such as Go, Rust, or Java.
- Experience with designing systems that handle high concurrency and big data workloads.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven track record of leading engineering teams through large-scale deployments.
