- Identify emerging technologies (e.g., spatial computing, neuromorphic engineering) and integrate them into our core stack.
- Drive best practices in code quality, security, and system reliability.
- Mentor junior staff and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with a strong focus on AI/ML and distributed systems.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technical projects from concept to production.
- Deep expertise in Python, C++, and modern cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Experience with quantum computing frameworks and large language model (LLM) fine-tuning.
