Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Roadmap: Define the long-term technical vision and architectural strategy for the Horizon 2026 initiative, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- System Design: Design and oversee the implementation of scalable, high-performance systems capable of handling future workloads and emerging technologies.
- Tech Stack Leadership: Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies (e.g., advanced AI, quantum-ready algorithms) into our core architecture.
- Team Mentorship: Lead a team of senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical roadmaps into clear strategies for non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all architectural decisions adhere to the highest security standards and regulatory requirements for future data handling.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Technical Depth: Deep expertise in distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and high-availability design.
- Future-Forward Thinking: Demonstrated ability to anticipate technological trends and apply them to strategic planning.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence at the executive level.
