Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Roadmap: Define the core technical vision and architecture for our major 2026 product releases, ensuring scalability and future-proofing.
- Lead Strategic Planning: Collaborate with C-level executives and product leaders to translate business goals into robust technical strategies.
- Technology Forecasting: Identify emerging technologies (AI, Quantum, Edge Computing) and integrate them into our existing ecosystem.
- System Design: Design complex, high-performance distributed systems that handle millions of transactions with zero downtime.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with UX/UI, DevOps, and Security teams to ensure seamless integration of new features.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP), microservices, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of leading large-scale technical transformations and defining long-term product roadmaps.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment and pivot strategies based on market changes.
