What You Will Do
- Strategic Roadmapping: Lead the technical execution of the 2026 roadmap, translating abstract futuristic concepts into tangible, high-performance software architectures.
- System Design: Design and oversee the implementation of robust, fault-tolerant microservices and distributed systems capable of processing petabyte-scale data streams.
- Innovation Leadership: Identify emerging technologies (AI, Quantum, Spatial Computing) and integrate them into our core product lines.
- Talent Development: Mentor a team of elite engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and designers to ensure architectural decisions align with business goals and user experience.
Responsibilities
- Architect end-to-end solutions for complex, undefined technical challenges.
- Ensure code quality, scalability, and security across all deployed systems.
- Drive technical decision-making processes and resolve architectural bottlenecks.
- Conduct feasibility studies for experimental technologies.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in a senior architectural or leadership role.
- Deep expertise in distributed systems, cloud computing (AWS/GCP/Azure), and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Proven experience with Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Strong grasp of system performance optimization, data security, and privacy standards.
