Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the architectural strategy for scalable AI models, ensuring long-term viability, performance, and cost-efficiency in a post-quantum computing environment.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence across distributed teams.
- System Design: Design and oversee the implementation of high-throughput, low-latency neural network infrastructure capable of handling exascale data.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, data scientists, and security experts to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Ethical AI Compliance: Establish and enforce best practices for AI safety, bias mitigation, and regulatory compliance (GDPR, CCPA, AI Act).
- Disaster Recovery: Architect resilient systems that ensure 99.999% uptime and data integrity against emerging cyber threats.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field from a top-tier institution.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years focused on AI/ML infrastructure or cloud-native systems.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, Kubernetes, Docker, and distributed computing frameworks (Spark, Ray).
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of anticipating industry trends and successfully implementing forward-looking technical roadmaps.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing teams through complex technical challenges.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
