Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen AI Solutions: Design scalable, fault-tolerant neural network architectures capable of handling high-velocity data streams and complex decision-making tasks.
- Lead Autonomous Systems Development: Oversee the R&D and implementation of self-learning algorithms and autonomous agents that operate independently in dynamic environments.
- Define Technical Roadmaps: Create and communicate a clear, long-term technical vision aligned with the company's goals for the 2026 technological horizon.
- Drive Cloud & Edge Computing: Architect hybrid cloud solutions that leverage edge computing to reduce latency and enhance real-time processing capabilities.
- Ethical AI Implementation: Ensure all systems adhere to strict ethical guidelines and safety protocols regarding bias, transparency, and data privacy.
- Mentorship & Strategy: Guide a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years leading high-level technical teams or projects.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed system design. Experience with Rust or Go is a plus.
- AI Expertise: Proven track record of implementing Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI models in production environments.
- System Design: Strong understanding of microservices, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and serverless computing.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to troubleshoot complex, multi-layered technical problems and propose innovative, scalable solutions.
