Responsibilities
- Architectural Vision: Define and drive the technical roadmap for scalable, fault-tolerant systems capable of handling quantum-classical hybrid workloads.
- Research & Development: Spearhead the integration of next-gen AI models (LLMs, Transformers) with emerging quantum computing protocols.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- System Optimization: Oversee the deployment of microservices architectures and edge computing solutions for real-time data processing.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and C-suite executives to translate abstract future-tech concepts into actionable technical strategies.
- Security & Compliance: Implement rigorous security protocols ensuring data integrity in decentralized and quantum-encrypted environments.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Applied Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a lead or architectural role.
- Tech Stack: Deep proficiency in Python, Rust, or C++, and experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Niche Expertise: Demonstrated experience with Quantum Computing libraries (Qiskit, Cirq) or advanced AI/ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow).
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex, ambiguous problems in high-scale environments.
