- Ethical AI Governance: Establish and enforce rigorous standards for algorithmic transparency, bias mitigation, and data privacy in all AI systems.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, engineers, and designers to integrate cutting-edge AI capabilities into seamless user experiences.
- Technical Mentorship: Guide a team of brilliant engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Strategic Roadmap Planning: Translate business goals into technical roadmaps that align with the evolving technological landscape of 2026 and beyond.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field. Equivalent industry experience will be considered.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically focused on Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
- Technical Mastery: Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), Deep Reinforcement Learning, and Neural Network architectures.
- Programming: Expert proficiency in Python, C++, and experience with high-performance computing frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow).
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle ambiguous problems and derive innovative solutions under tight deadlines.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
