Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Collaborate with C-suite executives to translate high-level business goals into a robust technical architecture.
- System Design: Architect scalable microservices and distributed systems capable of handling petabyte-scale data loads with sub-millisecond latency.
- Team Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation, code quality, and continuous learning.
- Technical Strategy: Evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., Neuromorphic Computing, Edge AI) and integrate them into our core infrastructure.
- Security & Compliance: Implement enterprise-grade security protocols ensuring full compliance with global data privacy standards.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and designers to ensure technical feasibility of ambitious roadmaps.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Ph.D. preferred).
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in a Lead Architect or Engineering Manager role.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust; proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- System Design: Proven track record of designing fault-tolerant systems and high-throughput APIs.
- Strategic Mindset: Ability to think long-term (5-10 years out) and navigate ambiguity in rapidly evolving tech landscapes.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; experience presenting technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
