Responsibilities
- Define the high-level architecture for the v2.026 platform, ensuring scalability and fault tolerance.
- Lead a team of senior engineers and developers in implementing core components of the framework.
- Optimize database interactions and microservices communication to reduce latency.
- Establish coding standards, review pull requests, and conduct technical mentorship.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Ensure compliance with security best practices and data protection regulations.
- Identify and mitigate technical debt to ensure long-term maintainability.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Deep expertise in v2.026 stack (Go, Rust, and Python) or equivalent distributed systems technologies.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Proven track record of designing and deploying high-availability systems.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines.
