Responsibilities
- Architect comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario modeling
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to develop prototypes for next-gen technologies (quantum AI, neural interfaces, climate solutions)
- Author high-impact whitepapers and executive briefings on emerging disruptions affecting global markets
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, government agencies, and tech incubators
- Design and implement 'Future Audits' to identify organizational blind spots and innovation opportunities
- Mentor a team of futurists and innovation specialists in advanced methodologies
- Present visionary roadmaps to investors and board members securing future funding rounds
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or C-suite tech leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing 5+ year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI ethics
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field
- Published author in peer-reviewed futurist journals or industry-leading publications
- Proficiency in strategic foresight tools (horizon scanning, Delphi method, cross-impact matrices)
- Experience leading high-stakes innovation initiatives with $10M+ budgets
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to translate complex futures into actionable insights
