Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026+ strategic foresight framework using horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis

- Deliver executive-level strategic briefings and thought leadership to the Board of Directors
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, government agencies, and global innovation hubs
- Design and implement AI-driven trend forecasting systems to identify disruptive opportunities

- Publish industry-defining whitepapers and keynote presentations at global forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or C-suite leadership role
- Proven track record of developing and implementing long-term strategic roadmaps
