Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy scalable machine learning models and neural network architectures.
- Lead a team of data scientists and ML engineers to drive project milestones and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate complex business requirements into technical ML solutions.
- Optimize algorithms for high-throughput, low-latency environments, ensuring real-time performance.
- Stay at the forefront of AI research, implementing cutting-edge techniques such as Transformers or Diffusion models.
- Mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or AI Engineering.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Strong background in distributed systems and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Experience with large-scale data processing (Spark, Kafka, or Hadoop).
- Proven track record of shipping production-ready AI applications.
