Responsibilities
- Architect and develop scalable, future-proof software solutions for our 2026 product roadmap.
- Lead a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of rapid innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate directly with executive leadership to align technical strategies with long-term business vision.
- Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies (e.g., advanced machine learning, edge computing) into our core platform.
- Oversee the full software development lifecycle, from conceptualization to deployment and continuous iteration.
- Ensure system security, data integrity, and maximum operational efficiency across all new 2026 architectures.
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers, elevating the technical acumen of the entire engineering department.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Deep expertise in modern programming languages such as Python, Rust, or Go.
- Proven track record of designing and deploying large-scale, distributed cloud systems (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong understanding of AI/ML integration and modern data pipeline architecture.

- Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
