Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Vision: Develop and communicate a comprehensive long-term technology roadmap that aligns with business objectives and market trends.
- Strategic R&D Leadership: Identify emerging technologies (such as AI, Quantum, and Edge Computing) and evaluate their potential for integration into our ecosystem.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with C-suite executives, product managers, and engineering teams to ensure technical feasibility and business alignment.
- Innovation Management: Spearhead pilot programs and proof-of-concept (POC) initiatives to validate new technologies before full-scale deployment.

Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. PhD preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or engineering leadership roles.
- Tech Stack: Deep understanding of current and emerging technologies (AI, Machine Learning, Cloud Architecture, Quantum Computing basics).
