- Oversee real-time monitoring of critical systems and implement immediate corrective actions
- Coordinate cross-functional handoffs between day and night teams
- Develop and optimize SOPs for night shift operations
- Conduct weekly performance reviews and skill development sessions
- Manage emergency response protocols during off-peak hours
- Prepare daily operational reports for executive leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business, or related field
- 5+ years in corporate operations leadership with night shift experience
- Advanced certification in ITIL or Six Sigma
- Expertise in AWS/Azure infrastructure management
- Strong proficiency in Jira, ServiceNow, and Microsoft Power BI
- Proven crisis management and decision-making skills
- Valid Washington State driver's license
