Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end operational workflows during night shift, ensuring efficiency and compliance with corporate standards
- Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of 8-12 night staff, fostering collaboration and performance excellence
- Implement and optimize process improvements using data-driven insights and KPI monitoring
- Act as primary liaison between night operations and corporate leadership, escalating critical issues
- Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to maintain operational integrity
- Coordinate with global teams across time zones to ensure seamless handovers

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in corporate operations
- Proven track record managing night shift teams with 10+ direct reports
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and data analytics tools
- Strong problem-solving abilities with experience in high-pressure environments
- Excellent communication skills with ability to bridge operational gaps between departments
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during overnight hours
