Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all corporate night shift operations, ensuring 100% uptime and efficiency.
- Analyze operational data and generate performance reports for executive leadership.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of 5+ corporate analysts and support staff.
- Implement and enforce strict corporate compliance and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with day-shift management to ensure seamless transition of critical projects.
- Respond to and resolve critical system alerts and operational anomalies.
- Conduct regular team briefings and performance reviews.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate operations or night shift management.
- Proven experience leading teams in a high-pressure, 24/7 environment.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL) and reporting software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
