Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all daily operations during the night shift to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of 10+ employees, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate detailed shift reports for senior leadership.
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and resolve complex operational issues immediately to minimize downtime.
- Enforce strict safety protocols, compliance standards, and company policies during night hours.
- Coordinate closely with the Day Shift Manager to ensure seamless handover and process continuity.
- Conduct daily briefings and training sessions to enhance team skills and morale.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is strongly preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within a corporate setting.
- Proven track record of successfully managing night shift operations or security teams.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to de-escalate conflicts effectively.
- Ability to work independently, make critical decisions under pressure, and adapt to changing priorities.
