Responsibilities
- Analyze overnight operational data to identify process inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
- Document business requirements and translate technical specifications for development teams
- Collaborate with stakeholders across global teams during overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Design and maintain data models using SQL and BI tools for real-time reporting
- Facilitate requirement workshops and sprint planning during overnight hours
- Develop performance metrics dashboards to track operational KPIs
- Create user acceptance test cases and validate system changes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 3+ years of business analysis experience with night shift or rotational schedule
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and at least one BI tool (Power BI/Tableau)
- Strong experience with Agile methodologies and JIRA
- Excellent written communication for documentation and stakeholder updates
- Ability to thrive in overnight work environment and collaborate across time zones
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent preferred
