Responsibilities
- Oversee all night shift corporate operations including logistics, inventory management, and vendor coordination
- Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness
- Lead cross-functional teams during night shifts to ensure seamless workflow and compliance
- Monitor KPIs and generate real-time performance reports for executive leadership
- Manage emergency response protocols and crisis resolution during off-peak hours
- Collaborate with day shift counterparts for operational continuity and knowledge transfer
- Ensure strict adherence to corporate governance, security protocols, and regulatory compliance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in corporate operations management with night shift leadership
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and data analytics tools
- Certified in Six Sigma Green Belt or PMP preferred
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with proven crisis management experience
- Advanced knowledge of OSHA compliance and corporate safety protocols
- Excellent communication skills with ability to lead remote and hybrid teams
