Responsibilities
- Supervise and mentor a team of 10+ corporate staff members during the night shift.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure operational targets are met efficiently.
- Execute daily operational workflows, including logistics coordination and quality assurance.
- Act as the primary point of contact for after-hours critical issues and emergency resolution.
- Conduct nightly shift briefings and performance reviews.
- Ensure strict compliance with corporate safety protocols and security regulations.
- Collaborate with day shift management to ensure seamless project continuity.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate operations or logistics management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Proven track record of leading teams in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data reports.
- Must be available to work 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM (Night Shift).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record.
