Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all daily corporate operations and logistics during the night shift to ensure uninterrupted workflow.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise a cross-functional team of night staff, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.
- Monitor real-time business metrics and prepare detailed nightly operational reports for executive leadership review.
- Address and resolve critical escalations and operational bottlenecks immediately to minimize business impact.
- Ensure strict adherence to corporate policies, compliance standards, and safety protocols during all night operations.
- Facilitate effective communication and seamless handover processes between night and day shift teams.
- Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate operations, management, or a related field.
- Proven track record of successfully managing teams, preferably in a night shift or 24/7 operational setting.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate staff and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related discipline is highly preferred.
- Reliable transportation and availability to work night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
