Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end operational workflows during night shift (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Lead and mentor a team of 8-10 night shift specialists
- Monitor KPIs and implement process improvements for efficiency
- Coordinate with global teams across 3 time zones for seamless operations
- Manage inventory control, logistics, and vendor communications
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies and safety regulations
- Generate and analyze operational reports for executive leadership
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean methodologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Operations Management
- 5+ years of operations management experience with night shift leadership
- Proven expertise in supply chain management and logistics
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and data analytics tools
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with ability to make data-driven decisions
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Lean Six Sigma certification preferred
- Ability to thrive in autonomous, high-pressure environments
