- Implement strategic process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Generate and analyze performance reports and key metrics for executive leadership review.
- Ensure strict adherence to corporate safety standards, compliance regulations, and internal policies.
- Handle after-hours crisis management and decision-making with autonomy.
- Collaborate with day-shift management to ensure seamless transition and continuity of business.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate operations, logistics, or general management.
- Proven track record of leadership, with experience managing teams in a shift-based environment.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and the ability to motivate a remote or separate team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and make sound decisions quickly.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus.
