- Implement process improvements for nighttime operational efficiency
- Conduct nightly audits and compliance checks across all corporate functions
- Lead a team of 5-7 night shift specialists with performance management responsibilities
- Collaborate with global teams on system updates and after-hour implementations
- Generate comprehensive nightly operation reports for executive review
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of corporate operations experience with night shift exposure
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and enterprise systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to make autonomous decisions
- Valid Georgia driver's license and reliable transportation
- OSHA certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
