Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the night shift team, ensuring all administrative and logistical processes are executed flawlessly.
- Lead, mentor, and train a diverse team of 5-10 employees, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.
- Analyze operational data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategic solutions.
- Ensure strict adherence to corporate compliance standards, safety protocols, and quality assurance guidelines.
- Handle complex escalations and resolve operational bottlenecks efficiently during peak night hours.
- Collaborate with day-shift management to ensure seamless handover of projects and critical information.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in corporate operations or team management.
- Proven track record of successfully supervising night shift operations or high-volume environments.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to lead meetings effectively.
- Must be willing to work the assigned night shift schedule (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
