Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all daily operations during the night shift to ensure maximum efficiency and output.
- Supervise a diverse team of employees, providing mentorship, performance feedback, and conflict resolution.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare detailed nightly reports for upper management.
- Ensure strict adherence to corporate policies, safety protocols, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with day-shift management to seamlessly transition workflows and address ongoing issues.
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and operational emergencies with a focus on rapid resolution.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in operations management or a related corporate field.
- Proven track record of leading teams in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive process improvements.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and remain focused during night hours.
- Must be willing to work nights (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
