Responsibilities
- Supervise and mentor night shift staff to ensure optimal performance and adherence to protocols
- Coordinate logistics, inventory management, and maintenance activities during overnight operations
- Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce operational costs
- Act as primary point of contact for emergency resolution and incident management
- Prepare detailed shift reports and communicate key metrics to day leadership teams

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of operations/supervisory experience in night shift environments
- Strong knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies or process optimization
- Proven experience with inventory control systems and supply chain logistics
- Exceptional problem-solving and crisis management abilities
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training preferred
- Ability to make data-driven decisions under pressure
