Responsibilities
- Manage and mentor night shift team (15-20 employees) to ensure optimal productivity and safety compliance
- Coordinate inbound/outbound logistics, inventory control, and distribution processes
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives for operational efficiency
- Resolve escalated issues and maintain seamless communication with day shift counterparts
- Ensure adherence to OSHA, DOT, and company safety protocols
- Generate performance reports and analytics for executive leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years warehouse operations management experience with 2+ years night shift leadership
- Proficiency in WMS/TMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or Manhattan Active preferred)
- OSHA 30-hour certification and DOT compliance knowledge
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Exceptional conflict resolution and team development expertise
- Ability to work independently during non-standard hours
