Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily operations, logistics, and workflow processes during the night shift to ensure maximum efficiency and minimal downtime.
- Implement and enforce strict safety protocols and compliance standards to maintain a secure working environment for all staff.
- Conduct daily briefings and shift handovers to communicate priorities, address issues, and ensure seamless team coordination.
- Mentor and supervise a diverse team of operational staff, providing coaching, performance feedback, and professional development.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare detailed reports for upper management regarding shift productivity and operational status.
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate with morning shift teams to ensure seamless operational continuity.
- Handle escalated customer inquiries or internal issues with professionalism and urgency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, logistics, or a similar corporate environment.
- Proven track record of successfully leading teams in a 24/7 operational setting.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and engage staff during night hours.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and standard operations management software.
- Ability to work flexible night shift hours, including weekends and holidays.
